To support our Director of Education and Inclusion to develop and promote our work on education and inclusion; including admin support and facilitating online networking opportunities and committees for our Members and their teaching staff.

We are looking for a driven individual who has a real interest in education. If you have initiative, the ability to adapt, and excellent communication and writing skills, come and join our team. You will support a growing Association and play a key role in developing and promoting our work in education and inclusion.

ISA has a small team of staff working to support the Heads of over 670 independent schools.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 31 August 2025 (with probationary period) and subject to checks that include the right to work in the UK.

Reports to: The Director of Education & Inclusion

Hours of Work: 35 hrs per week (one hour unpaid lunch break), Mon-Fri. Usually 9-5, but some flexibility: see job description.

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus up to 8 bank holidays. Annual leave usually to be taken during school holiday periods.

Location: Great Chesterford (Essex/Cambridge border), 3 mins walk from train station.
