St Albans School seeks to appoint a well-qualified and inspirational classroom practitioner to this important role in our highly-successful and forward-looking Economics Department that makes a significant contribution to the School’s reputation for academic excellence. The successful candidate will teach iGCSE and A Level Economics and help prepare students for university entrance. This post would particularly suit an ambitious and talented teacher looking for career development.
The School has its own salary structure based on, but substantially above, national scales and a wide range of opportunities for advancement beyond the basic pay scale.
St Albans is a beautiful Cathedral city, with a lively cultural life, surrounded by countryside but only 20 minutes from London by train, with easy access to motorways and airports.
