Head of Cricket

We are looking for a passionate and accomplished sportsperson, with cricket as a specialism who also has the ability to coach in an additional sport, preferably rugby, athletics, tennis or hockey.

The Head of Cricket will contribute to the strategic development of sport and games provision at RHS, to help enhance the wider sporting provision at the school and to build on the school’s reputation. They will promote, organise, and develop cricket, as one of our major sports at RHS, alongside the other sports at the school, whilst ensuring high quality coaching programmes and preparation for competitive matches.

RHS is keen to consider applicants from a range of backgrounds for this post. Strong experience of playing and/or coaching cricket to a good standard is essential. A degree in a sports related discipline would be an advantage, as would coaching qualifications at ECB level (or willingness to achieve them). However, neither is essential, and applicants with extensive, relevant experience in the game are also encouraged to apply.
