We are looking for a hard-working team player to join the Foundation’s busy and friendly Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) Team with immediate effect.

We are looking for a hard-working team player to join the Foundation’s Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) Team with immediate effect.

Working as part of this busy and friendly team, the Admissions and Marketing Administrator will be a key player in the delivery of the Foundation’s annual admissions cycle and marketing and promotional activity for Princethorpe College.

The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the Admissions Office plus involvement in activities such as open events, taster days and entrance exams. They will also support the Marketing Office assisting with the annual marketing cycle, liaising with suppliers, updating the Foundation websites and electronic newsletters and supporting our promotional activity.

The post holder will have excellent administration, organisational and communication skills; a pleasant and confident telephone manner, a flexible approach and the ability to manage a varied workload. They will be a self-starter, friendly, professional, unflappable and have a good sense of humour.

This is a 37.5 hour a week role Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. Due to the nature of the job, there will be occasional paid additional evening and weekend work.

Salary: The salary for this role is based on band D7 (£22,308) to D13 (£24,063) per annum by negotiation. Plus 60 additional hours paid for specified occasional weekend and evening work. There is potential to exceed this salary range for an exceptional candidate.
