We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of Biology to join our Faculty to teach classes across Year 7 to Sixth Form, from the Autumn Term, 4 September 2023.
Silcoates is set in 52 acres of grounds in Wrenthorpe, near Wakefield, within easy reach of the M1 and M62, offering an all-through, fully co-educational day school experience for children from 3 to 18.
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic colleague, to teach classes across Year 7 to Sixth Form. You will need to be well organised and work hard to help us maintain our high standards, but you will be in a supportive environment and part of an effective, friendly team. A sense of humour will serve you well. You should also be able to show a commitment to developing academic standards and contributing to wider school life. You should be proficient and experienced in teaching. Previous experience within the independent sector is not required.
