While the role would suit a current Head of Year we are keen to attract applicants whose experience will not, as yet, cover all aspects of the role. Our experienced Senior Leadership Team will provide the training and 1-1 mentoring to enable you to excel in the role. The position would also suit someone keen to develop the depth of experience to prepare themselves for a pastoral leadership role within the next 1-2 years. This position would suit someone with a pastoral background which may include SEND experience.
