Sailing Lead

Roedean is an extraordinary school, sitting within the South Downs National Park and overlooking the English Channel. We are looking to create and build a Roedean Sailing School programme, with a focus on dinghy sailing in the first year.

The Sailing Lead will report to and work with the Director of Sport to develop a practical and deliverable programme that all the girls can engage with, enjoy and make progress in.

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of dinghy sailing and racing and working with children/young adults.

Hours: 12.30pm – 3.45pm, Fridays and 7.30am – 11.30am, Saturdays, term time only.
