At Bishop Challoner, we recognise the importance of a rich and varied curriculum in allowing our pupils to thrive and succeed. We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified graduate to teach Modern Foreign Languages. They will also contribute to the Key Stage 3 teaching carousel. The person appointed will be expected to contribute to and play a positive part in the life of the School.
JOB PURPOSE
· Teach Modern Foreign Languages
· Plan stimulating and informative lessons, engaging pupils in an
interactive learning environment
· Assess pupil work and tests regularly in line with school policy
· Contribute to oral and written assessment, reports and references for
pupils
· Educate the pupil body more broadly, drawing on specialist skills,
knowledge and experience to bring the subjects to life
· Engage with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their
child’s progress
Undertake other tasks as reasonably required by the School.
