We are looking for a Digital Records Officer to promote inter-departmental communication and co-operation supporting the effective maintenance and use of the shared digital records throughout the school.
37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
£19,091 per annum for hours and weeks worked plus 16.5% holiday pay
We are looking for a Digital Records Officer to promote inter-departmental communication and co-operation supporting the effective maintenance and use of the shared digital records throughout the school.
The postholder will provide teaching and support staff with the expertise needed to take advantage of the record keeping and communication opportunities created by the School’s increasing use of computerised information systems, in particular the use of the digital records kept within the various platforms used currently including iSAMS (MIS), Evolve, MySchool Portal, SharePoint, Teams, CPOMS, School cloud and other systems.
