The role:

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of our Reception and Administration team.

Royal High School Bath is a thriving all-girls’ school that educates students from age 3 through until 18. We are proud to belong to part of the renowned group of GDST schools (Girls Day School Trust) that were started 150 years ago to become leaders in girls’ education. As the only boarding school in the family of 25 GDST schools (including two Academies) we are a wonderfully multi-cultural school that caters for boarders from over 17 different countries as well as all our UK boarders.

The role of office administrator/receptionist is pivotal to the smooth running of the Senior School. It is a hugely varied and rewarding position which is both front facing, dealing with students, parents and guests and back office, ensuring the demands of a busy and happy school are fully supported. No two days are the same.

We are looking for someone who is personable, adaptable and calm in a busy environment and is a believer in life-long learning. As part of this ethos GDST offers a wide range of training courses to its staff to ensure we are professional and skilled in our various departments.

This is a term time only role open to a job share should there be suitable candidates.
