We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join Kimbolton Preparatory School as Assistant Head – Pastoral from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the wellbeing and pastoral care of our pupils.
As Assistant Head – Pastoral, you will lead and embed key pastoral initiatives, supporting mental health, emotional resilience, and character education. Working closely with the Head of Prep, Senior Leadership Team, and key pastoral staff, you will oversee safeguarding, behaviour management, and pastoral tracking, ensuring interventions are data-driven and impactful.
We are looking for a compassionate and strategic leader with a strong understanding of pastoral care, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing. If you are passionate about supporting young people and have the expertise to drive positive pastoral initiatives, we would love to hear from you.
