Beechwood Park is an award-winning preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3-13, offering day and flexi-boarding near the towns of Harpenden, St Albans and Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. The School has its own onsite Nursery; Woodlands Nursery which has been named one of the top 20 nurseries in the East of England for 2025.

The School is situated near Markyate, Hertfordshire, in a delightful parkland setting 15 minutes drive from Harpenden and 20 minutes from St Albans. The School runs an extensive local bus service and is located just 5 minutes from Junction 9 of the M1. Facilities are extensive (Forest School, sporting, ICT and creative facilities), and the curriculum/co-curriculum are broad. Flexible boarding is a popular option from Y5. 11+/13+ academic result are consistently strong, with pupils moving onto a range of leading schools.
