Norwich School is a thriving co-educational, independent day school for pupils aged four to eighteen. Located in the unique setting of the Cathedral Close, the school is a traditional, yet lively place where boys and girls enjoy a rounded and stimulating education. The beautiful surroundings and remarkable history provide a fascinating, safe, learning environment. Assembly takes place in the Cathedral each day and the statue of Nelson outside the Head Master’s office is a striking reminder of one of the school’s most famous alumni.

The school boasts exceptional results and is consistently ranked as the top independent co-educational school in Norfolk. In 2018, the school was names East Anglian Independent Secondary School of the Year by The Sunday Times.

Whilst the academic side is undoubtedly important, the school also offers a broad range of co-curricular activities and opportunities for leadership and service. Initiatives such as the Young Norfolk Arts Festival and Young Norfolk Sports Academy demonstrate the importance placed on developing talent in the arts, music and sport, both in the school and the wider community.

Bursaries are available in the Senior School. For further information and details of admissions events, contact the Registrar’s office on 01603 728449 or visit the website www.norwich-school.org.uk
