Gatehouse is an independent school for girls and boys aged 3 to 11 in London's East End. It is two form entry and has 350 pupils. Entry is non-selective. Leavers go on to attend such schools as City of London Boys and Girls, Highgate, Forest, Bancroft's, Benenden, Cheltenham, Christ's Hospital

Housed in a recently renovated Victorian building and set in landscaped grounds which include climbing frames and an Astroturf sports court, the site is alongside the 20 acres of Victoria Park and the Regent’s Canal. At Gatehouse we aim to provide children with a caring and supportive learning environment, developing and encouraging each child’s abilities and helping them to build an excellent foundation for life and work. Classes are non-streamed, and of mixed ability throughout all age ranges. From age seven up, children are subject taught by highly qualified specialist staff as well as having their own dedicated form teacher.
