An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join the School as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in the role of Director of Sixth Form, from September 2025. The vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of the current postholder to a Deputy Head position, and is an ideal role for someone aspiring to Deputy Headship in the future. Working closely with the Senior Deputy Head (Academic), the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and the Assistant Head: Higher Education and Careers, the Director of Sixth Form is responsible for the provision of a high quality, stimulating and stretching sixth form experience which will serve our students well in higher education and set them up for happy, effective lives beyond formal education. They will be committed to the continued close alignment of the academic and pastoral sides of school life, maintaining a dynamic and proactive understanding and appreciation of the current and future needs of students. The successful candidate will join a thriving Sixth Form and an experienced and forward thinking Senior Leadership Team
