A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-qualified Assistant HR Manager to join the school January 2025.

The Assistant HR Manager provides administrative support for HR matters across the school, including the recruitment, appointment and ongoing employment of staff and statutory vetting checks for other groups such as contractors and visiting professionals. The Assistant HR Manager reports to the Head of HR on a day-to-day basis and deputises in their absence.

The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.

This is a permanent and full time year-round role and the working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required on occasion to fulfil the needs of the role.

The post attracts 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and two weeks at Christmas when the school is closed. All annual leave must be taken during school holidays. The post-holder should be available around the time that public examination results are published.
