We are currently seeking to fill the position of Data Manager (SQA Co-ordinator) .

Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for a Data Manager (SQA Co-ordinator) to join on a permanent basis from 18 August 2025 or an earlier date to be agreed (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £37,704 - £41,065, which is on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scale I. 

 

The purpose of the role is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external examinations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgeting, liaising with stakeholders, arranging accommodations, handling assessment data, and overseeing daily exam processes. Additionally, the role supports student tracking, reporting, and data management while providing administrative assistance as needed.

The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, including Excel and database experience. They will demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in data handling.

Eligibility
