We are currently seeking to fill the position of IT Helpdesk and Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Line).

Strathallan School is a thriving Independent Day and Boarding School in Scotland, offering a dynamic learning environment for pupils and staff. Our IT Services department plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology integration into education and administrative functions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive 1st and 2nd Line Helpdesk and Support Specialist to join our dedicated team.
Core Purpose
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager and the Director of IT the IT Helpdesk and Support Specialist role will provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support to the entire school community. In addition, they will be part of a team who provide hardware and software support to all users and who maintain systems and resources to support Teaching & Learning and Business Operations. This position combines customer service expertise with technical project responsibilities.
