Box Office Coordinator

We are looking for someone to work on the day-to-day operation of the box office for the Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library, working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams.

Chetham’s is a unique cultural institution and charity in the heart of Manchester combining music, education, and heritage. We are home to three extraordinary places – Chetham’s School of Music, Chetham’s Library, and The Stoller Hall – and we are united by one clear vision which is to bring people together.

Our main 482 seat venue is modern, and purpose built. Our whole team pride themselves in the variety of events delivered. Our excellent team, artists, clients and audience experience what we facilitate.

The job

We are looking for someone to work on the day-to-day operation of the box office for the Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library, working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams.

You will be a vital part of the busy team that manages events, supporting the box office event staff, providing excellent customer service and also working directly on events.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week.

In return

You will be paid £23,066 per annum (annual pay increase pending).

Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Benefits including free catered lunches during term time, on site gym and free tickets to selected concerts.

Free onsite parking when working on events
