We have an opportunity for a motivated teaching assistant to work 1:1 supporting a pupil in our Pre-Prep. This is a part-time post working 12:30-16:30 daily and we are we are looking for a talented member of staff who:

has prior experience of working with children as a teaching assistant / learning support assistant, or an interest in starting a career in education;

has experience working with SEN children;

is passionate about supporting the teaching and learning of young people;

has the desire to ensure that all children secure the highest possible levels of progress and attainment;

has the ability to work creatively and sensitively with children;

is able to relate well to and communicate well with children and adults;

has the imagination to develop opportunities for learning through play;

is flexible and have the ability to use initiative;

has a friendly and caring manner;

brings enthusiasm and energy to the role;

Having very successfully extended our School’s excellent provision to teach to GCSE in September 2015, the School is thriving and we have waiting lists in most year groups. Our Early Years Department have won the ISA Early Years Award for Excellence and Innovation in Provision.

We have innovative, forward thinking staff with an understanding of how children learn and continue to learn ourselves. We offer a delightful working environment which is well resourced.
