Queen Anne's School

Queen Anne's School is an independent boarding and day school for 420 girls aged 11 - 18. Renowned for academic success, we are committed to connecting with and understanding the individuals in our care. Our combination of high aspirations with a positive approach to learning creates an environment where girls can grow into motivated, decisive and self-assured individuals. The best way to find out about Queen Anne's is to visit our school and meet our girls.

Queen Anne’s School works around individual family needs, we offer full, weekly, flexi and occasional boarding, alongside day only attendance.

The school occupies 35 acres just north of the River Thames in Caversham. Reading town centre is easily accessed and we are only a short journey away from London via train or car. Cutting edge facilities provide students with an environment that is enjoyable to work within. Our award-winning Sixth Form Centre and state-of-the-art Music Centre are two of the show-stopping areas of the school.

At Queen Anne’s we value our girls as individuals and strive to help them reach their potential. We believe that having a wide and varied co-curricular programme will support and encourage our girls to build confidence, stretch their abilities and achieve their goals.
