Language Acquisition Teacher

We are seeking a part-time, enthusiastic, engaging and reflective qualified MFL teacher. The successful applicant will be a first-rate teacher, creative and compassionate, who will be able to teach French and Spanish to students in Years 3-6. To teach approximately 8-10 periods of French (and Spanish if appropriate). This equates to 2 days per week.
The role reports to the Language Acquisition lead. The successful applicant will collaborate with the Primary Years team, and fully support the philosophy of the IB.
Teachers are expected to:
• Be an advocate of the core values of the school: kindness, honesty, courage and uphold the central vision and mission of the school.
• Teach and take full responsibility for the classes assigned and provide an academic overview of each student.
• Perform break and lunch duties.
• Fully support the life of the Choristers of St George’s Chapel, and understand the school’s heritage as a choir school.
