An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to lead the strategic planning and efficient running of the school estate.
The Estate Manager will have overall responsibility for the management, maintenance, repair and improvement of all buildings, facilities, equipment, grounds, gardens and woodlands and will ensure that these areas are provided in a safe condition and maintained to a high standard.
The Estate Manager will report directly to the Bursar and work closely with the Head and other members of the Senior Management Team.

Team Management
Buildings, Grounds and Facilities
Financial Management and Administration
Strategic Planning & Capital Developments
Health and Safety Compliance
Sustainability
Residential Management
Event Management
Previous experience in estate, facilities or property management and a proven track record in strategic planning and project management will be essential, along with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
