This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to lead by example. You will already be an experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef preferably in Education.
You will have managed a skilled and highly motivated team of chefs producing a consistent quality of delicious food with practical experience in training and staff development. You will also be able to display imagination and innovation in planning menus.
You will have a minimum of level 2 and 3 in catering and hospitality and preferably hospitality management.
