Radley College are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of Exams who will support the Head of Exams and be responsible for the timetabling and preparation of all the school exams.
Radley College are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of Exams who will support the Head of Exams and be responsible for the timetabling and preparation of all the school exams as well as shadowing and assisting with the preparation and running of the public exams. The Deputy Head of Exams will have an overview of the exam process throughout the year and will need to deputise in cases of absence of the Head of Exams.
We are looking for someone who can work quickly and accurately, who has a strong sense of integrity and the ability to get the most out of a team. Above all, be able to empathise with the pupils and understand that the role of the exams team is to allow the pupils to perform to their full potential at a time in their life that is often very stressful.
This post involves regulated activity with children and as such you must be fully aware of all safeguarding policies and procedures and the application of those in this role.
This is a full-time position during term time plus 5 weeks during the school holidays, approximately 38 weeks per year.
