The Head of Day Admissions is a senior role within the Admissions Department, responsible for driving the recruitment strategy for all Day applications to the Senior School.

The post-holder will operate as an ambassador and steward of the School’s ethos, focusing on proactive family and feeder school engagement, rapport-building, and enquiry- and acceptance-conversion. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and meticulous operational management
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The post-holder is expected to maintain strong working relationships with:
• Deputy Head (Admissions & Partnerships)
• The Head
• School Leadership: Director of External Relations, Heads of Year, Heads of Department, and the COO/Director of Finance for financial and scholarship coordination.
• Marketing, Catering, Facilities
• Other stakeholders: Prospective pupils and parents, Feeder School Heads and senior leaders, Heads and senior leaders of the Prep Schools within the Caterham Family of Schools
