Hoe Bridge, a thriving independent school for girls and boys aged 2 to 16, is looking to appoint a One To One Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and successful staff team.

As one of our highly valued and experienced Learning Support Assistants, you will be a reliable and trustworthy person who will be supporting and working one-to-one with a pupil with an EHCP. You will be responsible to the Head of Learning Support. The post is for 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

You will be well-qualified and energetic with vision, purpose, warmth and humour, and someone who works positively with colleagues and derives satisfaction from caring for and encouraging all children.

Hoe Bridge staff are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. They act with honesty and integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills up to date and are self-critical, forging positive professional relationships and working with parents in the best interests of all pupils.
