Hoe Bridge, a thriving independent school for girls and boys aged 2 to 16, is looking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant and successful Year 3 Team.

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for the provision of the school curriculum in English, Maths and Humanities for the pupils in your care, the schemes of work for these subjects and the implementation of the school policies. You will provide well planned, full learning experiences and support for learners and be responsible for the well-being and discipline of all the children in your care.

You will be a well-qualified and energetic teacher with vision, purpose, warmth and humour, who works positively with colleagues and derives satisfaction from caring for and encouraging all children. You will have exceptional communication skills, both on paper and in oral presentation and want to be involved in all areas of school life.

They act with honesty and integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills as teachers up to date and are self-critical, forging positive professional relationships and working with parents in the best interests of all pupils.
