Events Manager

Kingston Grammar School is looking for an experienced Events Manager to coordinate and elevate a variety of key school events, from Open Days and Prizegiving’s to alumni and community gatherings.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior staff, the Marketing Team, the Parent Staff Association and the Facilities team to ensure every event reflects our school’s values and high standards. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of working with events, be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
Hours: This is a permanent position based on 40 hours per week, 35 weeks per year (term time only). Flexibility is required as there will be some events before or after core school hours and over some weekends.
Salary: Circa £35-40,000 FTE pro rata per annum dependent on experience plus generous benefits.
