Events Manager

Kingston Grammar School are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join the school working with our internal colleagues hosting a variety of school events.

This role will involve coordinating and running a number of high-profile, outward facing events, to ensure the smooth running of the event and compliance with Health & Safety protocols. The School Executive will highlight events which require the Events Manager’s expertise each year. The Events Manager will take on a facilitation, coordination & quality control role, ensuring that the event brief is met and that the event presents the school in the most favorable way. The role will involve liaising with a range of internal staff and external stake holders therefore excellent interpersonal skills are an essential requirement. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Events Manager, with excellent administrative skills. Experience of working within an Educational setting would also be an advantage.

Salary: Circa £32-40,000 per annum dependent on experience plus generous benefits.

This is a full-time position based on 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexibility is required as there will be some events before or after core school hours and over some weekends. When possible and in consultation with your line manager, there will be an opportunity to work remotely at times.
