This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and passionate Geography Teacher to join a thriving and successful Geography department to teach Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level.

Required for January 2025, permanent, part time (0.60–0.70 FTE)

Tormead School is an academically selective independent school for 800 girls aged 4–18, located in central Guildford.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and passionate Geography Teacher to join a thriving and successful Geography department to teach Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level. Students attain excellent examination results and Geography is a popular subject.

Candidates will have a firm grasp of curricular developments, inspire high standards in the classroom, have a warm approach, and be prepared for wider involvement in co-curricular activities. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others, including students, colleagues, parents and the wider community.
