We are currently conducting a search for a Head of Computer Science with effect from September 2025.

We are currently conducting a search for a Head of Computer Science with effect from September 2025.

The successful applicant will be working alongside our Assistant Head Digital and Innovation as we drive forward exciting changes in Christ Hospital’s digital provision. This post offers the opportunity to lead our Computer Science department, focusing on A Level teaching to begin with. You will be a well-qualified and capable Computer Science teacher with an enthusiasm for being a key part of the leadership of digital culture in a large co-educational boarding school. Salary is commensurate with experience and paid in accordance with the Christ’s Hospital teachers’ salary scale up to £47,177 per annum, depending on experience as well as an allowance of £5,105 per annum for the Head of Department responsibilities, Full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential and accommodation on-site may be available.
