We are looking for a dedicated individual to champion the care and education of our international students, ensuring they have a well-supported, integrated, and enriching school experience.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to champion the care and education of our international students, ensuring they have a well-supported, integrated, and enriching school experience.

The successful candidate will support students throughout their journey at the school—from preparing them for arrival to overseeing their experience throughout their time with CH. Responsibilities include planning, organising and running a comprehensive induction programme at the start of each academic year, ensuring international students’ school experience is coordinated and well-organised, planning and overseeing a schedule of activities during leave weekends (normally Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, five times a year, managing all administrative tasks related to international student care and support.

We are looking for an effective administrator with a passion for student welfare, a keen eye for organisation, and a commitment to helping international students integrate seamlessly into CH life. Accommodation on site may be available.

Hours of work: (35 hours per week), term time (33 weeks per year plus 30 days (equivalent of 6 weeks) during the holidays).

Salary: £32,000 per annum, based on a full time equivalent of £37,580 per annum 0.85 FTE

Benefits include a stakeholder pension scheme for eligible staff, free on-site parking, low-cost membership of the on-site Sports Centre, Employee Assistance Programme, and free lunch in the dining hall during term time.
