Stock Controller and General Assistant (Buildings Maintenance)

This role will report to the Building Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will have hands on practical experience of general maintenance, with experience in stockholding and the purchasing and issuing of stock.

Applications are invited to join our busy Buildings Maintenance team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager you will have hands on practical experience of general maintenance. You will also ideally have experience of working in a warehouse environment with stock control and purchasing, however, training can be given to the right person.

Experience is more important than formal qualifications for this role, but you should have a flexible approach, have excellent customer facing skills, have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to use your own initiative and have proficiency using a PC.

Normal working hours will be 3 days per week 8am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) - however some flexibility can be considered for the right candidate.
