The Head of Boarding role demands a commitment to the overall pastoral care and wellbeing of our boarding pupils, together with energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The Head of Boarding will be in 'loco parentis' as well as managing the boarding team. Reflecting the importance of the position, the Head of Boarding will be a member of our Senior Management Team. Supported by the Headmaster, Governors and senior staff members, the Head of Boarding will take responsibility for the success of boarding at the school.

The position comes with very comfortable family accommodation, an extremely generous salary and the opportunity for children, if relevant, to attend the school. If candidates have a partner who would like to join the boarding team then we would be excited to discuss this further.
