We are looking for an exceptional and experienced SENCO to join our team. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and child focused SENCO to be the advocate and whole school driving force supporting children with identified SEND needs.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating innovative and evidence-based provision for children who have identified special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
The SENCO has an important role to play in determining the strategic development of SEND policy and provision at St Joseph’s, and in the day-to-day coordination of specific provision that is made to support individual pupils with SEND. They are responsible for providing professional guidance to colleagues and will work closely with staff, parents, and a range of external agencies in providing a support role to families.
