About the Role:

Are you passionate about people, organisation and customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team member to play a key role in welcoming prospective students to Bedford Girls’ School and supporting our families.

In this fast paced, rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of school life; coordinating family tours, delivering engaging Open Mornings and assessment events, as you guide new students through their journey into our wonderful school. You’ll be central in keeping our admissions systems running smoothly, build relationships with new families and feeder schools.

You’ll get involved in exciting marketing, careers and alumnae activities from supporting whole school communications and assisting with flagship events. Ideally, you will have experience in content creation and have great ideas for engaging social media content to showcase BGS.
