We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Compliance Officer to manage ISI compliance, risk management, incident management and business continuity, based across both schools in our Foundation. To be successful in the role, you will be able to work independently and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. You will be a collaborative team player, with an eye for detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will have experience in data protection and management, able to undertake audits, and interpret and explain legislation & procedures to non-specialists.

The Compliance Department offers potential for further training, and this role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and make the role their own. The successful candidate should be able to follow direction but also use initiative and experience to make appropriate decisions. They should expect to work on a range of independent projects at any one time, supporting the wider Compliance team.
