We are looking for a Minibus Driver to join our School’s Transport team. The role will transport pupils to and from the school at the beginning and end of the school day plus carry out regular maintenance checks on your assigned minibus.

£13,023.79 (inclusive of holiday pay) Permanent | 24.75 hours per week | Term-time contract (34 weeks per year)

We are looking for a Minibus Driver to join our School’s Transport team.

The role will transport pupils to and from the school at the beginning and end of the school day plus carry out regular maintenance checks on your assigned minibus. Due to the size and weight of the Schools’ minibus fleet, drivers must hold a full UK Driving Licence with the D1 entitlement, which will need to be evidenced as part of the recruitment checks.

The successful applicant will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude towards work together with the ability to deliver excellent service to our students, parents and visitors. It is essential applicants demonstrate good interpersonal skills and are able to work well both independently and within a team.

This is a permanent role working term-time only (34 weeks per year). The working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:15am to 8:30am and 5:15pm to 7:30pm, and Saturdays from 6:15am to 8:30am, although depending on the route driven, flexibility will be required in the working hours.
