Edge Grove

Edge Grove is a vibrant and successful prep school for boys and girls aged 3-13, set in 48 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside with excellent facilities, playing fields and outdoor play areas.

Edge Grove provides a wonderful well-rounded education in an environment and atmosphere tailored to fulfilling the potential in all its pupils. All children enjoy a full and varied curriculum taking advantage of the facilities and outdoor areas around the school. Up until Year 5 form class teaching is provided, with the exception of Science, Art and Music. From Year 5 subject specialist teachers take over. Edge Grove provides a two year tailored Diploma and scholarship programme in Years 7 and 8 and have a proven track record of pupils gaining entry to their first choice school at 13+. The school enjoys outstanding academic performance with over 68 scholarships awarded in the last five years to top senior schools such as Harrow, Eton, Merchant Taylors’ and North London Collegiate. T
