Housemistresses/masters at Queenswood play a vital role in the pastoral and academic wellbeing of the students. The Housemistress/master of Trew House is responsible for up to 50 Y11-Y13 Flexi boarders. This post would suit an experienced practitioner in pastoral care with/without QTS status, or someone looking for career advancement.
Head of Boarding
An opportunity has arisen for the post of Head of Boarding to take overall responsibility for all aspects of boarding life across the school. Responsibilities include the management of Housemistresses/masters in relation to day to day running of boarding houses and the management of the Medical Centre.
