We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who will work with the Head to ensure every pupil has access to a broad, balanced, and future-ready curriculum that is meaningful, relevant, and prepares them for success in higher education, careers, and life.

As Deputy Head at St. Francis' College you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the curriculum, as well as ensuring the highest possible outcomes of teaching and results. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring excellent academic standards across the College.

You will provide strategic leadership for all academic matters, driving a culture of high expectations, innovation, and aspiration across the Senior School.

We would like to hear from experienced leaders who have a proven track record of inspiring others to reach challenging goals through effective communication and good judgement. The ability to work successfully within a team and independently is essential for this role.
