The Role

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders
Support pupils’ academic progress alongside their personal and spiritual development
Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The ideal candidate will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective assessment practices
Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Be committed to inclusive education and supporting pupils of all backgrounds and abilities
Share and support the ethos and values of an Islamic independent school
Have a genuine passion for helping children flourish academically and personally
