We are looking for a new Debater in Residence to assist our Debating Coordinators with developing, managing, and promoting a high-quality debating programme that builds students’ critical thinking, public speaking, research, and leadership skills.

DEBATER IN RESIDENCE

Part Time Working 10 hours per week (working Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12.15pm – 5.15pm).

FTE Salary £27,553 - £31,172. Actual Pro Rated Salary £5,278 - £5,972 per annum

Initially this is a fixed term contract to 8th July 2026

Required from 23rd February or asap thereafter

We are looking for a new Debater in Residence to assist our Debating Coordinators with developing, managing, and promoting a high-quality debating programme that builds students’ critical thinking, public speaking, research, and leadership skills. Initially this is a fixed term contract to 8th July 2026, but there may be an opportunity to extend this for the right candidate.
