St Helens School is looking to appoint a Operations, Academic and Co-Curricular Coordinator.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations, Academic and Co-Curricular Coordinator to support the effective delivery of our Operations, Co-Curricular, Academic, and Sport functions.

Working closely with leadership, the successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day coordination of school activities, ensuring programmes, events, and administrative processes run smoothly. This varied role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach when working with staff, pupils, parents, and visitors.

The postholder will contribute to the coordination of key academic and co-curricular processes, support communications and compliance tasks, and provide high-quality administrative support across the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to deliver an outstanding service.

Please note this role is full time on a Term Time Only basis plus 6 weeks during school holidays
