We are looking for Sports Coaches with strengths in one or more of the following key sports: Hockey, Netball, Badminton, Cricket, Football, Athletics, Tennis, Biathlon, Cross Country, Athletic Development (S&C), Swimming.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaches will:

Deliver high‑quality coaching sessions across a variety of age groups

Inspire teamwork, confidence, resilience and positive sporting behaviours

Coach and support school teams in training, fixtures, tournaments and events

Contribute enthusiastically to the wider sporting life of the school

Model professionalism, positivity and a commitment to girls’ sport

Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents regarding participation, progress and development.

Contribute to the administration of the department, which may include:

o Recording results.

o Supporting team administration.

o Writing match reports

Support the health, wellbeing and engagement of pupils through sport and physical activity.

Assist with the Prep School programme, helping to promote participation and enthusiasm for sport across all age groups

Contribute to wider school life, including co-curricular clubs.

Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Sport.
