Alleyn's School in Dulwich is seeking an experienced, calm and highly organised safeguarding professional from a statutory or specialist background to serve as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) under (Keeping Children Safe in Education) KCSIE, working alongside the pastoral team to uphold robust safeguarding practice across the school.
We are seeking an experienced safeguarding professional from a statutory or specialist safeguarding background. We are looking for someone calm and highly organised who can operate with authority and clarity in complex safeguarding environments.
The postholder will be formally designated a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) under the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), working alongside our skilled and well resourced pastoral team to uphold robust, consistent safeguarding practice throughout the school.
This is an on-site role at Alleyn’s School in Dulwich, South London, offered on a part time basis (4 days per week) or full time basis, term time only plus 4 weeks. This is a permanent role with an immediate start, subject to completion of safeguarding checks.
