CLEANING OPERATIVE (NIGHTS)
40 Hours Per Week
£16.53 per hour
Our Cleaning Operatives play a vital role in providing safe, clean environments where our students and clients can thrive in their workspaces. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh designated areas, ensuring checklists are signed off and cleaning schedules are completed
- Carry out dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping (using specialist machinery where required)
- Re-stock consumables such as toilet paper and soap
- Dispose of waste appropriately, maximising recycling where possible
- Undertake deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as required
- Clean and safely store machinery after use
- Comply with COSHH regulations, ensuring correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials
Person Specification
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (full training provided)
- Reasonable level of fitness to transport machinery and equipment across site (manual handling training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional
- Able to work to schedules, deadlines, and as part of a team
- Capable of using own initiative when required
- Honest, self-motivated, and determined
