We are seeking a Donor Stewardship and Engagement Manager to play a key role in strengthening and expanding philanthropic support. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative professional to design & deliver a high-quality, insight-led donor experience that builds long-term relationships and supports major and legacy giving.

We are seeking a Donor Stewardship and Engagement Manager to play a key role in strengthening and expanding philanthropic support for Dulwich College. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative professional to design and deliver a high-quality, insight-led donor experience that builds long-term relationships and supports major and legacy giving. The successful candidate will shape the College’s philanthropic identity, overseeing impact reporting, stewardship communications, digital engagement and donor events. Working at the heart of the Development Office, the role will champion a culture of excellent stewardship across the organisation and contribute to ambitious fundraising targets. Key responsibilities include leading the annual bursary appeal and producing the College’s Donor Impact Report, as well as supporting engagement with Old Alleynians and the wider Dulwich community.
