The Learning Support Teacher will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional learning needs, primarily across Years 5–8, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The postholder will deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions, assess learning needs, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and teaching staff.
