To provide professional and customer-focused helpdesk and administrative support to the College community and the Maintenance Department. The postholder will act as a central point of contact for maintenance-related enquiries, ensuring that requests from pupils, staff, contractors and other stakeholders are recorded, processed and managed efficiently.
